Overview

Our REMOTE, off-grid solar-powered cabin retreat is located on the southern end of Grand Manan, on the west side. It is isolated, approximately 3 km from the main road, so just getting to the cabin is part of the adventure! We will arrange to take you out and pick you up at the end of your stay in our side-by-side ATV. All other times, you will walk/hike to and from the cabin (should you choose to leave the area). Once you arrive, you will be treated to a spectacular ocean view, one that is repeated from every aspect of the cabin.

Sunsets, Seas & Serenity

In the evenings, you will witness some of the most beautiful sunsets, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The cabin is situated on a cliff overlooking the cobblestone beach and the Bay of Fundy. Located here as well is an active fishing weir and at times throughout the year, you will see the fishermen with their boats seining the weir. You will also see seals playing close by and occasionally a whale! The Grand Manan trails are among the best anywhere. Nature's Window is located in the heart of it, with trails that lead in every direction right from your door.

Can I drink the water?

Is the cabin pet-friendly?

Yes, there is an extra charge for pets. We ask that pets not be left alone in the cabin, and you are responsible for any damages. Also, we ask that your canine friends not be on the furniture/beds. However, if that were to happen, please ensure that you have a blanket for them to lie on. Please note, the stairs leading to the loft is more of a ladder style, so dogs are unable to climb up (unless your dog is freakishly agile)
