RENTAL PROCEDURES

OUR RENTAL POLICY

We are pleased to make available to you our rentals, they are clean, properly equipped and will be waiting for you. If there is any unfamiliar equipment we will be happy to explain it to you. Also we will discuss any trip plans you may have and offer suggestions if needed. We offer reasonable rates with a wide section of highest quality equipment.

If the time comes to purchasing new or use equipment , keep us in mind, we would be pleased to help you in any way possible. We encourage you to try different models before you plan to purchase. So we will deducted one day's rental fee from the purchase of the same equipment within 30 days of the rental (proof of rental required).

Reservation deposit of 1 day rental fee guarantees equipment for your dates, but are non refundable within 21 days of rental. Currently valid photo identification (driver's license or passport) must be shown for all rentals. This deposit must be paid on Visa or MasterCard. . When the rental items are returned, the deposit amounts will be credited to the credit card, less any damage, cleaning, or late charges (see policy below). deposits. All equipment must be returned clean, dry, and in rentable condition. If rental equipment is returned in damaged or dirty condition, the you will be responsible for cleaning and repair costs. Shop rate will be charged ($35/hr, $10 minimum), plus any parts and materials for cleaning or repair. Replacement cost for lost, stolen or destroyed rental equipment is full retail value. Expenses incurred under this policy will be charged to the deposit., but this is avoidable by using elbow grease, our hose and a sponge.

We will be pleased to assist you with loading your equipment in/on your vehicle and advise you on the proper tie down method, but you are ultimately responsible for making sure equipment is properly secured. Any resulting damage to your vehicle or our equipment on the road or on the water is your responsibility.

YOUR SIDE OF THE BARGAIN

Our rental fee is to cover your use not abuse, accidental or otherwise, of our equipment. We also expect you to prepare yourself and be safe. When you sign the rental contact you are completely responsible and legally binding yourself to return the equipment on time and in reasonable condition. If the equipment is lost or stolen, you are obliged to replace that piece of equipment. If the equipment is damaged, you are obliged to pay for repairs and cover the depreciation of that piece of equipment.
